Thanks for the links.

Pacheco’s pass for the first goal was top class. Didn’t see the game to rationally assess his overall contribution but that clip alone suggests the type of link player he is. Interesting times ahead.

Read today that Voronin is for sale. I know most LFC fans are dead-set against him but for a ‘free’ – if you set-aside salary etc – he ain’t been the worst. If he stays one would imagine he’ll be trying to prove many people wrong.

For those of you not on LFV TV media package – Five is showing Liverpool’s game tomorrow afternoon around 5pm.

I think LIverpool use the number 7 as a good negotiation technique.

Alonso is due back next week with Torres et al.

I think if we get Keane and Barry (50-50) we’ll be so close to the leage.

I’ve not seen Pacheco play – anyone got a link for me to see last nights goal?

It seems Rafa has a host of players coming through. I just wonder which one’s he’s actually going to blood first. Plessis, Nemeth, Anderson et all appear to have bundles of talent but at some stage we need to find out a little more about them. Insua on loan to Newcastle will be interesting should it happen.

Does anyone know when Alonso’s due back at training? Maybe we’ll get an end to that saga if/when that happens.

I wonder whether we’ll ever get to the point where we say: In Voronin we trust! I hope so!………..but then I said that about Bellamy, Kewell etc. but at least he’s a ‘free’!

Someone else was also wearing Torres’ shirt, and another one Babel’s, but that doesn’t mean much.

would anyone else like to see Pacheco and Torres given a pre-season game together? He might be a bit young for a full time first team position, but given theres 7 subs allowed in the premier this year I wouldn’t mind seeing him have a few cameo’s. His pass to Lucas for the goal last night was class
